Process and standards
Mechanical Inspection
All cars unless specificity stated are subject to a full mechanical inspection. This is carried out by an independent, qualified and highly experienced mechanic and restoration specialist. A copy of the report is availble to view and provided within the cars history file.
Any fault found that is of any detriment to the safety or driving performance is then rectified. The priority is to ensure each car drives, as close as possible, to as the manufacturer intended.
In most cases, unless very recently carried out, we will place a new MOT on each car.
If required, a service will also be carried out to the manufacurers specification.
Cosmetic Preparation and Protection
The interior and exterior preparation of our cars is of very high importance and central to our passion, second only to mechanical performance. Our aim is to bring each car to as close to its original showroom appearance without disturbing its originality wherever possible.
If paintwork or alloy wheel refurbishment is required this is carried out by our professional body-shop.
Each car undergoes a comprehensive detail of the interior and paintwork. This involves a complete decontamination and restoration of the paintwork and exterior mouldings as well as mechanical elements of the car using a select combination of equipment and products.
The paintwork renovation is permanent so that, if maintained correctly, the finish can last for a number of years.
