DESCRIPTION
A great E36 cabriolet in very nice overall order and ready to be enjoyed. Crucially, there are no signs of rust in the common areas. This E36 drives very well, with a recent refresh of the front and rear suspension to original specifications using BMW/Sachs parts. This includes BMW rear springs and Sachs front and rear dampers. It also benefits from very recent discs and pads all round.
The stunning Orient Blue is in overall great order, with only a few age-related blemishes visible on close inspection. The M52 straight-six fires up perfectly and settles to a smooth idle. The welcome addition of the twin exhaust system from the 328i subtly enhances the soundtrack, meaning the car sounds excellent with the roof down, yet remains as quiet and refined as intended when cruising, while the polished tips look just right.
The interior presents very well, with light wear visible to the driver’s entry bolster.
Originally supplied to Jacksons BMW Jersey, the car resided in Jersey until 2015. The original service book is present, showing a mix of BMW and specialist servicing, with the early history from Jacksons through to the most recent service in 2026.
